The Educational Access Committee of the Area Nine Cable Council, in partnership with Cablevision has once again developed a program to increase student participation in access programming. The committee will award trophies to students who have created the best access programs this year and video equipment packages will be donated to schools on behalf of the students. Students from grades 3 through 12 in Area 9 schools are eligible to participate.
